Our concern for safety is the first and foremost priority with our private air charter flights. Each of the aircrafts used for our private air charter flights is completely safe. We utilize a select group of Part 135 and Part 121 operators for our private air charter units. For those of you unfamiliar with aviation terms, Part 135 and Part 121 refer to the federal regulations that airline operators have to adhere to in order to retain their certification for selling flight services to the public. This is a very stringent regulatory environment and the operators are held to a very high standard on their maintenance programs, flight safety training, and in-flight standards of all private air charter flights.
