In order to facilitate the securing of a single entity charter, I hereby appoint Air Charter Team as my agent to procure aircraft meeting my requirements as entered above. I understand that Air Charter Team is not acting as a marketing sales agent for any airline or aircraft operator in conjunction with this or any other transaction, and that Air Charter Team is not an airline, nor does it own, operate, sell, or lease aircraft in its own right. By clicking on the 'I Agree' button below, Air Charter Team confirms that it is acting only on behalf of myself obtaining suitable aircraft for the purpose of the charter flight(s) and represents no other entity in connection with this agreement.

This Agreement does not address the terms of any aircraft charter agreement or understanding, and is limited to setting forth the relationship between myself and Air Charter Team in order that Air Charter Team may obtain air transportation to my requirements and standards. This Agreement shall expire upon completion of flights obtained through Air Charter Team's broker services.
